As some might know Lamborghini developed a program called Ad Pesonam made for customization and personalization where the customers can visit the factory and try all the colors and trim options that Lamborghini offers in its range of cars.
Lamborghini handled the pandemic way better than anyone expected to make the Ad Personam consultation sessions ONLINE through video chat, the Covid-19 being no problem for them, and not stopping them no matter what.
To help begin the online program launch, the company offers a special edition of the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Xago only to customers using the program and only to those assigned to build one in their program, only 10 pieces being made total.
The company got inspired by the hexagonal shaped cloud formations at the North Pole of Saturn, the Hexagon shape also being Lamborghini’s central theme design, especially on the interiors of their cars, that’s also where the name Xago comes from as it means “hexagonita”.
On the new automaker’s jewel, we find fading hexagonal silver paint on the whole body with blue accents on the more aerodynamic pieces as well as the cabin where the hexagonal pattern is used on most of the surfaces. Like all of the SVJs, the car features a 6.5-liter V-12 engine that outputs about 759 horsepower.
They launched the interesting program back in 2013 and almost half of the vehicle they sell are made with it which calls it a success yet and to be honest, anybody that spends more than half a million on a car should be able to customize every little detail on it and they give us this opportunity on all their vehicles not only the special SVJ Xago.
They claim the beast can accelerate from 0 to 60 in about 2.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 217 mph and the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ still holds the car lap record at the Nürburgring for production cars.
All of that comes with a spicy price tag after all customization, the price tag starting at about the hefty amount of 521.265 USD the special editions being way more expensive of course.
If you can’t customize your Lamborghini the way you want and none of the cars look exclusive enough for your taste, the company is taking appointments starting this month for the Ad Personam program so you’d better think about what you want and start customizing as soon as possible.
