The design of the Pur Sport is to build on the Chiron’s style with an extra dose of courage. Wide air bays and an extended horseshoe panel serve excellently as radiator air sockets. Optional split paintwork features exposed carbon fiber on the whole bottom third of the vehicle to create the appearance of a lowered profile.

Throughout our time at Dörr Group, we discovered that Stephen Winkelmann is accountable for the development of the Pur Sport. He sees the Bugatti Chiron as the conventional model, the daily driver. The Pur Sport, on the opposite hand, is its sporty equivalent, directed on-road handling. Top speed is covered by the forthcoming Bugatti Super Sport 300+.

The Bugatti Pur Sport gets the identical 8.0-liter W16 engine as the Chiron. It puts out the identical 1,500 hp power output too. What makes the Pur Sport work better are changes to the weight. The Pur Sport is 50 kg (110 lb) lighter than the conventional Bugatti Chiron thanks to a lightweight 3D printed titanium exhaust, a secured rear spoiler, and extensive use of Alcantara, anodized aluminum, and titanium in the interior.

Bugatti also changed the gearbox ratios, added 200 rpm to the redline so that the Pur Sport tops out at 6,900 rpm, suited aero wheels, a recently developed set of Michelin Sport Cup 2R tires, and made the springs 65 percent more rigid at the front and 33 percent at the rear.
