Mansory has returned to the Mercedes-AMG G 63 again, though saying “again” almost understates how often that happens. The newest interpretation carries a separate identity this time: P820 Linea D’Arabo, a bespoke build that pushes the already exaggerated G-Wagen even further in nearly every visible direction.
The name alone hints that this is not a mild visual refresh. Mansory gave the G 63 a full exterior makeover, spreading new body add-ons across the front fenders, the doors, and the rear three-quarter panels. The wheel arches are now wider and wear a vent-like treatment, while the side steps are new, and the hood has a much more muscular shape than before.

At the front, the standard face has been replaced by something far busier. There is a fresh grille with diagonal slats, each dressed with the tuner’s emblem, plus a heavily revised bumper packed with extra pieces and additional daytime running lights. Then come even more lamps mounted above the front windshield, integrated into a roof-mounted piece that immediately changes the truck’s silhouette.
The rear receives just as much attention. Mansory added new trim to the rear pillars, unusual elements behind the rear wheel arches, and, because one set apparently was not enough, another pair of taillights. That extra-light treatment has become a familiar Mansory move on the G-Class. A custom rear bumper is part of the package too, joined by a multifunction diffuser, a reworked spare wheel holder, a roof wing, and new exhaust-tip trim.

And yes, the rear suicide doors are here as well. They are matched with deployable side steps that light up to make getting in and out easier. The pictured SUV also rides on wheels that are typical of Mansory builds, and the whole thing wears a custom paint finish. Around back, a special plaque confirms both its new name and its status as a bespoke build.
Then there is the power. The P820 designation points to 820 metric horsepower, equal to 808 brake horsepower and 603 kilowatts. That is a healthy step up from the regular Mercedes-AMG G 63, whose bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 is rated at 585 ps, or 577 hp and 430 kW. So this one is not just louder visually. It is stronger too.
Inside, the tuner did not exactly hold back. The cabin gets new black leather upholstery, a different steering wheel, updated door cards, extra trim, pedals, floor mats, and Mansory logos spread throughout. Rear passengers are treated to two captain’s chairs and picnic tables, which is about as subtle as the exterior. Actually, no, less subtle.
